Bianca took the gold scissors engraved "SLOANE — FOUNDER," cut the ribbon and let it fall at Sloane's feet.
Grant tossed Sloane's founder badge into a champagne bucket, then dropped a transfer contract on the floor.
"Sign the hotel over and leave."
Bianca raised Sloane's office keys.
"He already gave me your office, your title and your ceremony."
Sloane silently removed her wedding ring, placed it on the contract and made one call.
"Freeze the construction account.
Bring the investors and every reporter back to the ribbon.
