Chapter 1: The Boy With One Coin

A young boy, Leo, stepped into a quiet diner late at night wearing a worn blue jacket.

He approached the counter, placed a single coin down, and asked for one meal for himself and his sister.

A bald employee named Frank harshly told the boy that the diner was closed and ordered him to leave.

A waitress named Claire looked on with a pained expression but stayed silent.

Interrupting the harsh dismissal, an older gentleman named Arthur Harrison rose from his seat in a red booth.

Arthur walked to the counter, dropped a set of keys firmly on the surface, and declared to Frank that he owned the building.

He then turned to Leo, kindly promising to get the boy his meal.

Leo noticed Arthur's watch and asked if he was Mr.

Harrison, revealing that his mother had told him to find a man by that name.

When Arthur gently asked for the mother's name, Leo replied, "Sarah Harrison."
